2/ Kids Have a Way of Revealing Uncomfortable Truths!

"From motherhood to coaching:

Honesty, purpose, and transformation are the bridges I walk to empower my children and clients to thrive.

What matters most in your journey?”

Becoming a mum taught me that there’s no hiding from what really matters—and that lesson has shaped not only my parenting but also my journey as a coach.

There are many similarities between my journey through motherhood and becoming a coach - two catalysing paths of Honesty, Purpose, and Transformation.

Motherhood didn’t just teach me how to juggle responsibilities; it gave me clarity about:

  • Who I am.

  • What truly matters.

  • How I want to live a life worth modeling for my children.

Kids have an uncanny ability to strip away pretense, and that raw honesty challenged me to ask myself:

Am I living the life I want my children to aspire to?

That same question has shaped my approach as a coach. Coaching, like parenting, calls for honesty, compassion, and a commitment to growth. It’s about creating spaces where individuals and teams can:

  • Get real with themselves.

  • Explore their unique strengths.

  • Untangle limiting beliefs.

  • Build lives and work that align with their values.

Whether in parenting or coaching, my ultimate goal is to empower people to thrive - be it my children or my clients. Thanks for joining me on this path. Do let me know if I can be useful in your journey.
